About mental health, Asians's mental health. It is clearly not only Asians of through it but if we speak in very specific matter about Asian mental health, I would say that they put a high pressure of themselves.
Since they want to satisfy the hopes and dreams of their elders and don't want to disappoint their family. Well... I, as an Asian, can say that Asians are like that, family always comes first.
