#IAMNOTJUSTSAD

The #IAMNOTJUSTSAD campaign was started by a group of Asian students in Thornhill Secondary School to address the stigma surrounding mental health in Asian communities.

The campaign will share a series of real-life stories of Asian high-school students who have gone through or going through mental health difficulties.
